Refund policy

Print books and physical products are eligible for our 30-day refund policy.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If an item is faulty, we refund or send a replacement — your choice.

Replacements for lost products are not provided if package was successfully delivered according to tracking, the package was not delivered due to unpaid fees or was deemed undeliverable by the courier, or if the address provided was incorrect.

We do not accept refunds if you change your mind. For clothing, please check the sizing chart in each listing to verify size.

REQUEST A RETURN

If a physical item you receive is faulty or damaged, please Email us and provide the following:

  • Order #
  • Written description of the fault or damage to the item
  • Photo(s) of the damaged or faulty product

RETURN ELIGIBILITY

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it.
  • The item must be faulty or damaged.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Book with obvious signs of use
  • Any item that is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

RETURN SHIPPING

Depending on the fault or damage, we may ask you to ship the item back to us in order to be refunded. If this occurs, a shipping label will be emailed to you.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

Once your return is either authorized via your email or after your item has been received, inspected and approved, we will send you an email to notify you that your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Your refund amount will be in full, unless you have requested a replacement item.

If you have requested a replacement (that is, the same item) then there will be no refund. A replacement order will be made for you, and you will receive your order detail in an email as you did with the original order.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you will vary.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account or credit card company again. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
