Shipping policy

When you purchase goods from Denise Gaskins’ Playful Math, the goods will be delivered through one of the following methods:

DIGITAL GOODS AND PRINTABLE FILES

There is NO shipping fee on digital goods such as ebooks and printable PDF files.

Digital goods are delivered instantly by online file download through your Shopify account.

EBOOK FILES

If you ordered an ebook — that is, a book intended for reading (not a printable activity) — you’ll also receive an email from BookFunnel to the email address you used at Checkout. The support folks at BookFunnel are experts at transferring ebook files to your preferred device.

If you don’t see the BookFunnel email within minutes after placing your order, please check your spam folder, or if using Gmail, check your Promotions tab.

All ebooks are DRM-free and can be read on any computer, phone, or ereader device.

PRINT BOOKS AND PHYSICAL MERCHANDISE

Merchandise products get FREE shipping to US addresses. Print book shipping costs will depend on the delivery choices you make at checkout.

Our print books and merchandise are made-to-order especially for you. When you order an item, it will be created to your specifications and then shipped to you.

Due to this, the delivery time ETA is usually 2-4 weeks depending on the item. If you have multiple items in your order, you may receive them in separate shipments at different times.

You are required to provide us with a complete and accurate delivery address, including the name of the recipient if physical goods. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.

INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS

Depending on the laws in your country, you may owe additional taxes, customs duties, or other fees upon the delivery of your package.

EU SHIPPING

WARNING: EU laws are in the process of changing, and customers may get hit with unexpected taxes and duties during the transition.

EU customers can enjoy ordering with all taxes and duties paid at checkout.

1. All-Inclusive Pricing: For orders under 150€ (excluding shipping and taxes), all VAT and customs duties are included at checkout. No extra charges on delivery.

2. Faster Delivery: Orders under 150€ benefit from quicker customs clearance, leading to faster delivery times.

3. Shipping Fees: Shipping fees are calculated separately and not included in the 150€ limit. Check shipping rates at checkout.

4. Customs Charges: If for any reason local customs charge any fees upon delivery, please Email Denise.
